New Year's Trip

So, I firgured my year of travel was over, but then, right as the year was almost over, my owners decided that they would go to Chicago. I am not sure why they went, but who am I to complain.

So, here I am out in front of the Chicago Art Institute. Once inside they found out that Wombats were not allowed to travel through the art institute so they had to leave me at the bag check counter. Oh well. I really wanted to see the painting that was in "Ferris Bueler's Day Off" that is comprised of all those little dots.

Maybe I should write to them, and ask that they change the rules so that wombats can be let in.

Time in a German Bed

So, my final trip in 2004 was to Germany. The funny thing was that I never got to leave the hotel room. I was just left in bed all day. I think my owner was afraid of losing me.

And boy did I miss out! I heard that there were ladies dressed up in balloon clothes, food, and train rides to name a few. I mean what was my owner thinking leaving me in the room.

Well, I hope I get to go later this year when he goes back, and that he might take me out with him this time. Until then all I have is this picture of me wrapped up in a pillow on the bed.

A Time I Don't Remember

So, I found this picture in my picture folder on my owners computer, and it was labeled as "Family Camp 2004." I can honestly say that I don't remember this trip at all. Apparently there were trees there. I think that is a lake behind those trees. I don't remember anything at all.

I do know that Family Camp is in September so it would come next in time order so that is why I put it here. So, there you go, a boring picture of me in front of a tree.

If anyone can remind me about this then that would be great.

Moving Day

Just another month and a bit later I got thrown in a box with a bunch of friends. Petra the platypus, Special Wife, Rose Bear, Miss You Bear, Blanket Bear, a few elephants, and some other friends as well. I tried my best to figure out how to get out, but that was pretty useless. I mean, they seemed to have taped the box, and there was no way out.

Finally, what seemed like weeks later, the box was opened, and I was at a new place. Apparently my owners bought a house, and moved. This place is a lot bigger. There are more places to roam when I have the time.

The picture here is when the box was finally opened, and I was more than ready. All my friends fell asleep and just relaxed. Not me. I mean, I was in a dark box. Oh dear! I was nervous that I would never get.
